Post-Congress Excursion, Kraków, September 19th–21st
Schedule of the Post-Congress Excursion:
Day 1 – Saturday, September 19
- Departure by bus from Warsaw
- Arrival in Kraków and hotel check-in
- Lunch at a restaurant
- Guided tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine
- Afternoon sightseeing of Krakus Mound
- Dinner
- Overnight stay
Day 2 – Sunday, September 20
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Guided tour of Wawel (castle, cathedral, courtyards)
- Lunch at a restaurant
- The Princes Czartoryski Museum
- Czapski Museum
- Dinner
- Overnight stay
Day 3 – Monday, September 21
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Guided tour of the Underground Route beneath the Main Market Square
- Mary’s Basilica and guided walk along the Royal Route
- Lunch at a restaurant
- Departure by bus to Warsaw
The price of the excursion includes all meals, guided tours, and entrance fees. The price of the excursion depends on the type of room chosen by the participant:
Price of the excursion with accommodation in a double room: 500 Euro per person
Price of the excursion with accommodation in a single room: 800 Euro per person
We would like to kindly inform you that, following an update in hotel pricing, the cost of the single room has been revised. This adjustment is beyond our control; however, thanks to our efforts, the price of the double room remains unchanged.
Registration and Payment
To participate in the excursion, registration is required via the following link:

Detailed information regarding payment will be provided individually after successful registration.
You will be able to choose between an online payment link or a traditional bank transfer. Instructions will be sent individually to each participant after completing the registration form. The payment deadline is 48 hours after submitting the form. If the payment is not made on time, the registration can be completed again.
Payments can be made between 1 May and 1 June 2026.
